Returns, warranty & delivery
Delivery. Every wheel is made to order and shipped to Australia and New Zealand. Please allow about 2 to 3 weeks: a few days to check fitment and dispatch, then 10 to 14 days shipping. See our
shipping page. We email your tracking details as soon as your wheel ships. Shipping costs are shown in your order summary before you pay.
Fitment check. After you order, we check your photos, rego, buttons and cruise control answers against your vehicle before anything ships. If your details point to a different kit than the one you ordered, we contact you straight away. If we can't supply the correct wheel and kit for your vehicle, you receive a full refund.
Changing or cancelling your order. Contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we cancel or change your order and refund you in full. Because every wheel is made to order, we can't offer a refund for a change of mind once production has started.
Faulty or not as described. Under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If your wheel arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us as soon as you can with photos, ideally within 7 days of delivery, and please don't fit it. We will repair, replace or refund it.
Warranty. We stand behind our workmanship. If a manufacturing defect shows up under normal use within 12 months of delivery, contact us and we will repair or replace the wheel. The Cruise Control Kit has a longer 3-year warranty: if the kit develops a fault under normal use within 3 years of delivery, we will repair or replace it. These warranties are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. It does not cover normal wear, accident damage, damage from incorrect fitting, or changes made after delivery.
Fitting and safety. Steering wheels contain or connect to an airbag. Fitting should be done by a qualified person, following the vehicle manufacturer's procedure: disconnect the battery and wait before touching the airbag connector, and never point an airbag at yourself or others. Rules about modifying vehicles and steering wheels differ between states and territories, so please check the requirements in your state and with your insurer before you fit. To the extent the law allows, fitting is at the customer's own responsibility. Photos show styling only. Fitment is confirmed against your vehicle details before dispatch.
