Shipping & delivery
How long it takes. We check your fitment and dispatch your order within about 3 days. Shipping then takes 10 to 14 days. In total, expect your order about 2 to 3 weeks after you pay. You'll see an estimated delivery date in your order form.
Full custom wheels. Wheels from our Build your own page are made to your design. Allow 14 to 21 days from order to delivery.
Step by step.
1. You order and pay securely online.
2. We check your vehicle details and photos against the part. If something doesn't match, we contact you straight away.
3. We dispatch your order.
4. We email you tracking details as soon as it ships.
5. Your order arrives in 10 to 14 days.
What this covers. Steering wheels, head units, facia kits, extras, the Cruise Control Kit and the Throttle Controller. When you order a wheel with a head unit or cruise kit in the same order, it may arrive in more than one parcel.
Shipping cost. Shipping is $35 per order in Australia, however many items you order, and $110 to New Zealand. The one week sale wheel has free delivery in Australia, and New Zealand pays $75 on it. The shipping amount is shown in your order summary before you pay.
Where we deliver. Australia and New Zealand. Pickup isn't available. If you're anywhere else, contact us before ordering. Orders to New Zealand may be charged GST or import duty by customs on arrival.
Delays. Delivery dates are estimates. Busy periods such as Christmas and public holidays can add time, and we'll tell you if your order is affected. If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated window, contact us and we'll chase it.
